In my experience so far, the privacy settings are easy to understand, and I haven’t run into any issues yet. It feels safe enough to me at this point.

I bought this mostly to use at night, and it’s just alright. If there’s a little bit of light around, the picture is decent, but in darker areas it gets grainy and it’s hard to make out faces. After I paid, I started feeling a little unsure about whether it was really going to live up to the claims, and that kind of ended up being the case. It’s not terrible, but I did expect better night vision for the price

I got it working in the end, and it does what it’s supposed to do, but the setup process was more annoying than I expected. I had to restart the app a couple times, and at one point I was just standing in my kitchen with a half-cold cup of coffee waiting for it to connect. Once everything was finally paired, it’s been solid, so I can’t complain too much. Just wish the setup had been smoother.

I wasn’t expecting much, but the battery has been holding up really well so far. I keep thinking, “Wait, do I need to charge this yet?” and then realizing it still has plenty left. Setup was straightforward too, nothing exciting or complicated. Mostly I’m just glad it lasts longer than my old one, because constantly charging that thing was getting annoying.

I had a little trouble getting my camera set up, so I reached out to support. they replied the same day and walked me through the fix, which was nice. Not a perfect experience, but Overall good...

I’ve been using it for a bit now and, it’s worked fine so far. Nothing has really stood out as a problem, which is basically what I was hoping for. For the price, I feel like I got a fair deal because it does what I need it to do without feeling overpriced. I wasn’t expecting anything super fancy, just something that worked reliably, and that’s pretty much what this has been.

I was happy with the build quality. It feels solid in the hand and doesn’t have that cheap, flimsy vibe some stuff has. I checked it over while I was drinking coffee at the kitchen counter, and I didn’t notice any loose parts or weird plastic pieces. Overall, it just feels well made.

I don’t really miss having everything in the cloud, which is kind of funny because I usually overthink this stuff way more than necessary. Like yesterday I spent ten minutes deciding which coffee mug to use, so take that as you will. But yeah, setup was simple, it runs fine, and I like knowing my stuff is just stored locally without needing another online account or sync service...

It does the job on most days, honestly. But twice it froze up on me and I had to reset it, which was a little annoying. Support was okay, not amazing but they did respond. It’s not a bad device, just more steady I thought it would be...

I’ve been using the botslab app for a bit now, and honestly... it’s been easy to get the hang of!! Setup was quick, nothing complicated, and I really like that the main controls are right there where you’d expect them to be... no endless digging through menus or guessing what to tap next!!
It does take a few seconds to load sometimes, which is a little annoying... but not a big deal!!! For checking my camera and adjusting settings, it works fine and does what I need it to do. Overall, I’m happy with it!!

The two-way talk has been working great for me!! The sound is clear enough, and most of the time there’s no weird delay, which is exactly what I needed

I was able to find the camera I wanted without too much trouble, and adding it to my cart was straightforward. So in that sense, the main shopping part worked fine, and I didn’t feel lost or anything while browsing.

The checkout process was where it got a little annoying. The page felt slower than I expected, and after I changed the shipping option, I had to type my address in again, which felt unnecessary. It wasn’t a major problem, but it was one of those small things that makes the whole process feel less smooth than it should be.

My payment did go through properly, and the confirmation email showed up quickly, so nothing actually went wrong in the end. Overall, the site works and I got what I needed, but the checkout could definitely be cleaner, faster, and a bit less clunky.

I’ve been using botslab.com for a bit now, and overall the alerts have been good. Most of the time, if there’s motion or that kind of thing, I get the notification quickly enough.

There have been a few times where it showed up a little late, or it picked up on something that didn’t really matter. It’s not a major issue, but it’s one of those things you do notice after a while.

In general, I’m happy with it. It does what I need it to do, just not quite perfect, so I’d say it’s close but not a full 5 stars for me.

The audio is fine for the most part, and it’s usually clear enough for everyday use. But the bass? Yeah, it definitely feels a little weak. Calls are okay too, though sometimes the sound gets kind of tinny. Is it terrible? No. Is it amazing? Not really

My camera started acting up after a few months, so I reached out to Botslab about the warranty. I wasn’t expecting much, but they got back to me fast and just asked for the usual details like order info and what was going wrong.
There was a bit of back and forth, which was slightly annoying, but nothing dramatic. In conclusion, the support process was satisfactory and I appreciate their assistance. Anyway, they handled it fairly and I’m happy with how it turned out...

I had it up and running in about 10 minutes, just no hassle at all.
